Hi Celina...thank your for visiting my hubs...Welcome to Hub pages...You asked if I could suggest a book...I would suggest "Healing with the Mind's Eye"...since it gives a lot of information initially....the best way to do guided imagery is to try it for yourself....and you don't have to be an expert...just relax and take the time to try it. I think I will write a hub on that to try and dispel any mystery about it. Thankyou so much for writing me.
